Please send artwork in one of the following formats:

• Preferred (Vector): .AI, .EPS, or .PDF — these files print cleanly at any size and are best for logos and text.
  

• Also Accepted (High-Resolution Raster): .JPG, .PNG (at least 300 dpi at full size).
  

Important: Low-resolution or web-quality files (usually 72 dpi) will appear pixelated or blurry when printed at full size. If your artwork isn’t print-ready, we can help by cleaning it up or recreating it as vector art. A design or artwork setup fee may apply depending on the amount of editing required.

Canva Users:

• Always set your Canva document to the actual sign size (for example, 24"×18") or a proportional scale.
  

• Download your file as PDF Print for best results, or share a Canva Template Link with us so we can verify setup before printing.
  

Tip: Canva defaults to 8.5"×11" unless you manually change it — please double-check before you design!

Your artwork must match (or be proportional to) the final sign size.

For example:

• 24"×18" yard sign → artwork should be 24"×18" (or 12"×9" scale)
  
  

• 4'×8' banner → artwork should be 48"×96" (or scaled version)
  
  

Files sized incorrectly (like an 8.5"×11" flyer for a 24"×18" sign) can’t simply be stretched without distortion. If resizing or rebuilding is needed, an artwork adjustment fee may apply.

If you anticipate future design changes, please provide:

• A version with editable text, or

• A note listing the font names used

Providing both versions ensures we can help you easily update or recreate your design later without losing consistency.

• All raster images (photos, logos, etc.) should be at least 300 dpi at final size.
  

• Avoid using low-resolution web images (usually 72 dpi).
  

• If your file contains blurry or pixelated images, we’ll contact you before printing.

• All colors should be set to CMYK mode for the most accurate print results.
  

• If exact color matching is required, please provide Pantone (PMS) color numbers.
  

• We do our best to match colors closely, but screen colors (RGB) will always appear slightly different than printed colors.

• Include a ¼" bleed on all sides for full-color prints.
  

• Keep important text and logos at least ½" inside the final cut size (safe area).
