General

  • Our shop is located at 9305 E US HWY 36, Avon, IN 46123, right in the heart of Hendricks County.

  • We’re open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    If you need to schedule a pickup outside of those hours, please contact us in advance.

  • Beacon Sign Shop has proudly served the Hendricks County community for over 24 years, combining trusted service with modern, high-quality printing technology.

Artwork & Design

  • We prefer vector files like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF.

    We also accept high-resolution .JPG or .PNG (300 dpi minimum).

    If your file is low-resolution or web-quality, our team can recreate or clean it up for a small design or setup fee.

  • Absolutely! Just make sure your Canva design is sized correctly for your final sign (for example, 24"×18"). Download it as “PDF Print” or share a Canva Template Link with us.

    Tip: Canva defaults to 8.5"×11" unless you change it — please double-check your dimensions before sending!

  • Yes! We can assist with file setup, resizing, or vectorizing logos. Design/setup fees typically range from $25–$75, depending on the amount of editing required.

  • Once production begins, changes aren’t possible without a new print.
    If you think you’ll want variations in the future, please send editable files or tell us which fonts were used so we can easily make updates later.

  • Yes! We’ll always provide a digital proof for approval before going to production. Please review carefully for spelling, layout, and color before signing off.

Production & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days after artwork approval.

    Larger orders or complex designs may require more time.

  • Rush service is sometimes available depending on our production schedule. A rush fee (15–30%) may apply for expedited turnaround.

  • We’ll reach out right away! Files need to be sized proportionally to the final product — for example, a 24"×18" yard sign must be designed at that size (or half-size, 12"×9"). If resizing is needed, we can adjust it for you for a small setup fee.

Payment, Pickup & Delivery

  • We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash payments. Payment is typically due upon proof approval or pickup, depending on the project.

  • Yes! All orders can be picked up at our Avon location during normal business hours.

  • Local delivery and shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please let us know at the time of your quote request if you’ll need delivery.
